Your mission
The Business Development & Sales Team aims to promote Eterno solutions with doctors and therapists. This relates to our physical spaces for independent doctors and our software offer for individual practices. For this purpose, we are building a strong and diverse team to convince doctors and therapists of Eterno. As we are only at the start of our journey, this role carries significant responsibility and importance for our mission to transform the German Healthcare market. Therefore, the role is built around ownership, impact, professional and personal growth as well as a strong can-do attitude. 

  • Become the main point of contact for doctors, MVZs and hospitals, from first contact (cold-acquisition or inbound requests) up until contract-signature (closing)
  • Take full ownership of our revenue (MRR) and growth targets
  • Track your activities and forecasts via our CRM-tool to measure your successes and foster continued growth
  • Act as a consultant to doctors: analyse their wants and needs as well as challenges en detail to tailor individual solutions and design custom offers that create real added-value
  • Coordinate diverse projects with marketing, product and account management that foster revenue (MRR) and growth targets
Your profile
  • 1-2 years of experience in full cycle sales or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Comfortable with telephone prospecting and triggering curiosity of leads within the first second
  • Results-oriented and success-driven, with a natural ability to interact with a diverse set of people and build long-lasting relationships
  • Drive to continue to learn and to motivate yourself as well as a willingness to work over set-backs
  • Friendly, outgoing and open-minded nature
  • Excellent ways of expressing yourself in both, writing and speaking (mostly in German but English is essential too)
  • Interest in healthcare, digitalisation and tech
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably with SaaS and/or high-value transactions (Customer Lifetime Values of €500.000 +), ideally in a healthcare environment
